Who is this event for?
We created the RCFE Conference for owners and operators of RCFE’s, anyone considering opening an RCFE, placement agents, and any business that provides services to the senior living industry. This event will propel you throughout the whole year. The lineup of speakers and breakout sessions will move you towards exactly what you need to achieve your goals and beyond.
What do I need to bring to get in?
Please bring a Photo ID and your ticket to gain access to the event.
Can I bring a guest with me?
Of course, but they need their own ticket as well. Only valid ticket holders will have access to the RCFE Conference.
Is there accessible seating?
Yes, the Disneyland Hotel has ADA-accessible restrooms, and doors may be left open for accessibility. Accessible seating is also available. For special seating accommodations, please contact Melissa Matlock at melissa@rcfeassociation.org.
Will I be allowed to record the event?
Recording the event on your personal device is not allowed.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes, there will be a hotel room block for the 2026 RCFE Conference. Details will be coming soon.
What is the dress code for the event?
We suggest business casual for the event. Our event space may be on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater or jacket if you think you may need it.
Are there sponsorship opportunities to promote my business?
Yes! The RCFE Conference is the only conference in California that promises sponsors and exhibitors the largest attendance of RCFE owners & operators in attendance. When should I arrive for check-in?
We recommend arriving for check-in one hour before the scheduled start time of the conference. This will allow ample time for a smooth check-in process and the opportunity to enjoy refreshments before the sessions begin.
Will there be breaks during the conference?
Yes, there will be scheduled breaks between the main stage and breakout sessions. These breaks provide an excellent opportunity to network with fellow RCFE owners and operators, sponsors, and industry leaders. Additionally, lunch will be provided on both days of the conference.
Is parking available at the venue?
We will be providing details for the 2026 RCFE Conference venue soon, including parking information.
Is there a discount for early registration?
No, there is no early bird pricing available for this year’s conference.
Are children allowed at the conference?
Unfortunately, children are not permitted to attend the RCFE Conference. To maintain a professional and focused environment for all attendees, the event is limited to registered adults only. We appreciate your understanding.
Are there vegetarian or special dietary options available?
Yes, vegetarian options will be available for lunch, refreshments, and during the cocktail hour. If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform Melissa Matlock by emailing her at melissa@rcfeassociation.org.
