All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as canceled, postponed rescheduled, or moved events. If for any reason you’re unable to attend, you can gift your tickets, notifying us at least 15 days prior to the event in writing to melissa@rcfeassociation.org. If the event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, you’ll receive a notification outlining your options.

We created the RCFE Conference for owners and operators of RCFE’s, anyone considering opening an RCFE, placement agents, and any business that provides services to the senior living industry. This event will propel you throughout the whole year. The lineup of speakers and breakout sessions will move you towards exactly what you need to achieve your 2025 goals and beyond.

The RCFE Conference will be held at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim which is located at 1150 Magic Way, Anaheim, CA 92802 in the South Exhibit Hall.

Please bring a Photo ID and your ticket to gain access to the event.

Of course, but they need their own ticket as well. Only valid ticket holders will have access to the RCFE Conference.

We strive to make it as easy as possible for all people to enjoy the RCFE Conference. Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible seating will vary based on each venue’s policies and capacity.

Recording the event on your personal device is not allowed. Don’t worry though, all speakers and breakout sessions will be recorded and made available for purchase?

Yes, there is a hotel room block. Please use the link on our website or contact the hotel directly and tell them you are with the RAL Conference.

We suggest business casual for the event. Our event space may be on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater or jacket if you think you may need it.

Yes! The RAL Conference is the only conference in California that promises sponsors and exhibitors the largest attendance of RCFE owners & operators in attendance. We recommend arriving for check-in one hour before the scheduled start time of the conference. This will allow ample time for a smooth check-in process and the opportunity to enjoy refreshments before the sessions begin.

Yes, there will be scheduled breaks between the main stage and breakout sessions. These breaks provide an excellent opportunity to network with fellow RCFE owners and operators, sponsors, and industry leaders. Additionally, lunch will be provided on both days of the conference.

Yes, parking is available at The Disneyland Hotel. Self-parking is offered at a rate of $40.00, and valet parking is available for $70.00.

No, there is no early bird pricing available for this year’s conference.
