Jacob Reinhardt is the Managing Partner at Gould, Hahn, & Reinhardt, PLC, a Bay Area law firm that provides comprehensive legal advice to RCFE owners and operators throughout California. Mr. Reinhardt obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University in Oxford Ohio before going on to complete his JD from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He’ll be celebrating 15 years of working with assisted living providers in 2026, and advises clients on a wide range of topics including Title 22 regulatory compliance and employment law.
