This session will cover when it’s appropriate to call 911, how to prepare your staff and home for emergency response, and what to expect when first responders arrive. They will also address the most recent Provider Information Notice (PIN) regarding non-injury lift assist calls and share best practices to reduce unnecessary emergency calls while ensuring resident safety and regulatory compliance.
