William Young is the founder of the RCFE Association and the visionary behind the RCFE Conference, California’s largest and most impactful gathering for residential care home operators. With over 15 years of experience in the senior living industry, William is a trusted advocate and leader known for his deep commitment to quality care and provider support. He began his journey in 2016 with the opening of Forever Young Memory Care and went on to launch Senior Living Savvy, Elder Care Wise, and the RCFE Association—each created to strengthen operations, compliance, and outcomes for care providers. Through the RCFE Conference, founded in 2022, William brings together the California Department of Social Services, the Fire Authority, the Federal Wage & Labor Bureau, and senior living experts to educate, inspire, and empower residential care professionals.
