1. Registration and Payment

1. All attendees must register and pay in full prior to the conference.
2. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
3. All fees are in USD and include applicable taxes.

2. No Refund Policy

1. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
   • Inability to attend
   • Dissatisfaction with the conference
   • Changes in conference schedule or content
2. Subsequent sales or promotional offers.
3. Multi-ticket purchases.

3. Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfers may be made up to 7 days before the event by contacting the organizers.

4. Conference Modifications

1. The organizers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, venue, or any aspect of the conference without prior notice.
2. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, attendees will be offered a credit for a future event or alternative compensation at the organizers’ discretion.

5. Code of Conduct

1. Attendees agree to behave professionally and respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, and staff.
2. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

6. Liability

1. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the conference.
2. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and insurance arrangements.

7. Intellectual Property

All conference materials are protected by copyright and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Data Protection

1. By registering, attendees consent to the collection and processing of personal data for event administration purposes.
2. Attendees may be photographed or filmed during the event for promotional purposes.

9. Force Majeure

The organizers are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
